NEW YORK (Reuters) – Wall Street unsealed insipid but near three-year highs on Monday after recent brawny earnings, but broad oil prices capped gains in what was likely to be a low volume day, with major European markets closed.

The Dow Jones industrial cipher (.DJI) was downbound 14.80 points, or 0.12 percent, at 12,491.19. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index (.SPX) was downbound 1.50 points, or 0.11 percent, at 1,335.88. The Nasdaq Composite Index (.IXIC) was up 0.16 point, or 0.01 percent, at 2,820.32.
