ORLANDO, Fla., April 25 (UPI) -- Optoelectronics consort Excelitas Technologies says it is showcasing a panoptic array of accumulation and aerospace sensor products at a Florida symposium this week.
The SPIE Defense, Security and Sensing Symposium is Monday-Friday in Orlando, Fla.
Among the products displayed by Excelitas Technologies are its High Angular Resolution Laser Irradiance Detector, utilised in Laser Warning Receivers to detect and wage angle-of-arrival information for incident laser pulses from arrange finders and direct designators and active laser E.O. systems; the LLAM Series of APD Receiver Modules for the detection of high-speed, low-light analog signals; and Silicon and InGaAs Avalanche Photodiodes and Arrays, which wage broad quantum efficiency for different accumulation applications, including LIDAR and eye-safe laser arrange finding.
Other products on display allow the 1060 nm NIR-Enhanced Si APDs, with broad quantum efficiencies and alacritous salutation nowadays for laser arrange finding, LIDAR, and YAG laser detection for direct designation.
"At Excelitas, we are extremely proud of our acquisition of delivering mission-critical solutions for the most demanding accumulation and aerospace applications," said Doug Benner, senior vice president and generalized manager of Excelitas' accumulation business. "We remain committed to our mission of engaging with our customers to wage solutions that enable the world's most advanced sharp accumulation systems, keeping our troops safe on the ground, in the liquid and in the air."
