Germany voices support for Lagarde's IMF bid (AP)

BERLIN – Germany's direction rector is voicing brawny hold for his land duplication to embellish the new cheater of the International Monetary Fund.

Wolfgang Schaeuble told the German weekly Bild am Sonntag that "Europe would hit the prizewinning chance to secure the place again with Christine Lagarde, if she decides to run."

He was quoted as locution that Lagarde was "outstandingly qualified" and "extremely reputable and understood in the entire business world."

The cheater of Europe's large economy, Chancellor Angela Merkel, on Saturday obstructed short of formally endorsing Lagarde but said she was a "distinguished" and "very experienced" personality.

Lagarde has emerged as a front-runner to change chicken Strauss-Kahn, also of France, who resigned on weekday to fisticuffs attempted ravishment charges in New York.
