Terumo says to buy CaridianBCT for $2.6 billion (Reuters)

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japanese scrutiny equipment concern Terumo Corp (4543.T) said on Monday it plans to acquire the U.S. scrutiny device company CaridianBCT for $2.6 billion.

CaridianBCT specializes in making equipment used in murder banks.
