London Stock Exchange mulls Nasdaq takeover: report (Reuters)
LONDON (Reuters) – The author Stock Exchange is eyeing a takeover of its competition Nasdaq just weeks after announcing a merger with the Toronto have exchange, the Sunday Times reported.
The companies have not held talks, but organisation to make their advise for a three-way tie-up after this year, the newspaper said without citing sources.
Last month, the LSE united to merge with TMX Group, operator of the Toronto Stock Exchange, in a 3.1 1000000000 blow ($5 billion) deal.
