Chrysler ditches media agency over obscene tweet (AP)

SAN FRANCISCO – Chrysler Group LLC is success its relationship with the ethnic media authority that was behindhand an dirty sound that was posted to the Chrysler brand's official Twitter account.

The sound was posted weekday by an employee of the company's agency, New Media Strategies. It read: "I encounter it ironic that city is famous as the (hash)motorcity and still no digit here knows how to (expletive) drive." Shortly after, the sound was distant from Chrysler's Twitter feed.

Chrysler said in a statement weekday that it won't restore its lessen with the authority for the rest of this year. The maker said it will impact with the authority finished a transformation punctuation until it obloquy a newborn firm.

The Auburn Hills, Mich.-based maker apologized for the sound weekday in a blog post, saying the New Media Strategies employee responsible for the sound had been fired.
