UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., May 9 (UPI) -- Employees who ingest work-family programs are at risk of fewer promotions and modify wages, but establishing a reputation haw help, U.S. researchers suggest.

The researchers examined the organisation records of nearly 1,000 associates engaged by a super law concern and found employees who were appointed to coercive supervisors upon entry into the concern had a meliorate experience when -- usually such after -- they participated in a work-family program.
"By the time they registered in the reduced-hours program, employees who had been initially appointed to coercive supervisors had gained admittance to a greater arrange of reputation-building impact opportunities than another employees," the researchers said.
