U.S. regulators investigating Ram trucks

WASHINGTON, April 9 (UPI) -- U.S. installation regulators said they were investigating steering problems with Dodge Ram restorative trucks.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said the enquiry participating problems with about 1600,000 Chrysler Group 2008-2011 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks, The Detroit News reportable Saturday.

Regulators were hunting into problems with "outer bond rod failures (that) haw termination in expiration of steering."

The agency said it had fielded 12 complaints about the Dodge trucks.
