House Republicans told of $39 billion spending plan (Reuters)

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A care has been reached between President Barack Obama and congressional leaders on a budget plan for the rest of this business assemblage that would turn a government shutdown, a spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Harry philosopher said on Friday.

"We have a deal," Jon Summers said.

Republican Representative Darrell Issa told reporters the care will include a provision for audits of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
