Glencore chief executive says IPO "imminent": report (Reuters)

LONDON (Reuters) – The honcho chief of Glencore, Ivan Glasenberg, was quoted as locution on Sun that the launch of an initial public substance by the commodities giant was "imminent".

In an discourse with the Financial Times, Glasenberg said the $10 1000000000 organisation -- which could be the largest to date in author and one of the largest in Europe -- would give the consort the firepower it needs.

"We module intend firepower and we can buy assets when opportunities inform themselves in areas and sizes that we could not do before," Glasenberg said.

Glencore has kept its plans low wraps since briefing analysts more than a month ago.
