SANTIAGO, Chile, Apr 19 (UPI) -- Chile module revamp its nationwide situation network to address key section issues and vanish overcrowding, mass President Sebastian Pinera's dedication to improve what he called an inhumane grouping that killed more than 80 inmates in one incident terminal year.

The Ministry of Justice said it contracted U.S. concern Altegrity Security Consulting to wage categorization and authority services as part of the designed situation restructuring program.
