(Reuters) – Bank of America Corp's (BAC.N) internal auditors are reviewing why its honcho business tar and honcho business tar were not consulted before the slope unconcealed to investors that its dividend process had been unloved by regulators, the Wall Street Journal reported.

CFO Chuck Noski and Chief Accounting Officer Neil Cotty did not see the filing before it went to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Journal said, citing people old with the situation.

BofA unconcealed to investors in its March 23 SEC filing that the U.S. agent Reserve had objected to the planned dividend hike.

Shares of the maximal U.S. slope by assets declined nearly 4 percent in three days after the filing.
